Our unique package system allows students to choose the exact number of lessons they need each week, from a minimum of one to a maximum of five. This flexibility ensures that students can learn at their own pace, whether they prefer to take it slow and steady with one lesson per week or dive right in with an intensive five-lesson-per-week schedule.

Our lessons are conducted live, allowing real-time interaction between teachers and students.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a lesson. To do so, simply go to your dashboard and navigate to the upcoming lessons. Click on "Cancellation" to cancel the lesson. For rescheduling, please navigate again to the teacher's profile that you prefer and choose another hour.
Unfortunately, we don't have a virtual classroom available at the moment, but we are actively working on building one. In the meantime, to enter the lesson, we will be using external programs like Zoom or Google Meet. The teacher will send the link of the lesson via chat three minutes before the scheduled lesson time.

Yes, you can browse through our list of available teachers and choose the one that best fits your preferences and language learning goals.
After each lesson, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the teacher and the overall learning experience through our feedback form.
To sign up as a student, click on the "Sign Up" button on our website's homepage and follow the registration process. You will receive an email in your mailbox. To access your dashboard, click on the link provided in that email.
If you are interested in becoming a teacher with us, please visit the "Become a Teacher" section on our website and fill out the application form.
You will need a device with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone to use our platform effectively. Additionally, for entering lessons, please download Zoom or Google Meet on your device. Your teacher will send you a message containing the instructions regarding this.
If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, and instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your registered email.
Currently, we do not have a mobile app, but our platform is optimized for mobile devices, allowing you to access it through your mobile browser.

Immediately after choosing the package, you will be greeted with an explanatory table of how much you should pay. The cost of the days you don't use in your existing subscription will be deducted from the price of your new subscription and the fee you have to say will be recalculated. In order to make this calculation, you must contact the customer representative. You can start using your new package as soon as you upgrade.
